Solution

 

Important! Only trained, licensed and certified specialists should carry out mechanical and electrotechnical work.

 

1) Power off the charger and switch off the upstream breaker. If only the charger is turned off, AC voltage is still present within the charger. 

2) Remove the right side cover of the charger.
3) Remove the 12.5 kW power module located on the right side behind the right side cover of the charger. 
4) Power ON the charger.

5) Try 5 charging sessions. If the failure occurs go to step 6. If the failure is gone the module that was removed is faulty and needs to be replaced.

6) Power off the charger.
7) Remove the 12.5 kW power module located on the left side behind the right side cover of the charger. 
8) Put back the module on the right side.
9) Power ON the charger.
10) Try 5 charging sessions. If the failure no longer occurs the module that was removed is faulty and needs to be replaced.
