Check: Confirm with the customer if the EV (electric vehicle) is a Tesla with a CHAdeMO adapter.

 

Solution

Advise the customer on how to properly charge the Tesla EV with CHAdeMO and with the Delta Wallbox:

1. First, the customer has to plug the CHAdeMO adapter into the vehicle.

2. Then the adapter is plugged into the charger.
